PalmStudy downloads come in two formats .zip and .exe:ZIP files The .zip file that you downloaded is a multi-file archive that must be unpacked before you can install the software. See Handango's Zip Help page for more information.
EXE files The .exe file that you downloaded is a Windows PC program that installs the PalmStudy files on your handheld. Simply double click the file on your PC and follow the instructions. You must do a HotSync afterwords to transfer the files to your handheld.
If PalmStudy does not appear on the program launcher screen, then the palmstudy.prc file has not be installed. Use the Palm Desktop's Install Tool to add palmstudy.prc to the install list, and then perform a HotSync. NOTE: Make sure you have the right file because there is also a file called palmstudy.pdb.

This error appears if the Bible database was not installed properly. For the KJV, you need to install kjvnt.pdb, and for NASB, you should install nasnt.pdb. Use the Palm Desktop's Install Tool to add kjvnt.pdb or nasnt.pdb to the install list, and then perform a HotSync.
You must install either the fontlib72.prc or fontlib144.prc is described on the support page.
You probably have installed the wrong smooth text support file:
- If you installed the fontlib72.prc file and the font is tiny, then you should have installed fontlib144.prc. To fix this, delete X-Acute Fontlib-72 from your handheld and install the fontlib144.prc file on the support page.
- If you installed the fontlib144.prc file and the font is huge, then you should have installed fontlib72.prc. To fix this, delete X-Acute Fontlib-144 from your handheld and install the fontlib72.prc file on the support page.
